Joe has been recording and producing audio projects of all kinds for over twenty years. A veteran of “both sides of the glass” he is an adept voiceover actor and producer as well as sound designer and mixer. He’s that guy in the theater who sticks around last in order to see the Sound Department credits. He lives with his wife and two daughters in Essex Junction, and spends as much time sailing on Lake Champlain as work allows, which isn’t nearly enough.

Jeff Lawson
Executive Producer

Jeff gets stuff done. He knows the ins and outs of video production from both a technical and conceptual standpoint. He knows when something works, and he knows when and why it doesn’t. He won the audience award at the SXSW film festival doing this. He knows soccer the way an ordinary person might know, say, eating or breathing. Jeff lives in Shelburne with his wife and kids in a really cool, really old farmhouse.

Rob O’Dea
Studio Manager / Producer

Rob studied bass at Rutgers University, is active in the local music scene, and has toured with national acts. He knows way more than ordinary humans do about Macintosh computers and audio production. He makes sure the studios play nice together.
